Recently, it seems Capcom has registered a Mega Man 9 game with the OFLC, the rating board for games in Australia. No platform is specified, but a dual release for both PSN and XBLA is rumored, and it does say multiplatform. You can see for yourself at the link, or click read more in case the link dies. If this is really true, there won't be much purpose for our MM9 project and I'll replace it with MegaMan Powered Up 2, but you guys know me. Until I see 100% proof, I won't get my hopes up.

As most of you know, the MMBNBCTOnline V7 website is under construcition. However, I would like to change the name of the site to something else once this is released. MMBNBCTOnline obviously shows that the website's main focus is the Battle Network series, which is not true anymore. We need a name that shows that we want to be the ultimate source of information for everything involving MegaMan.
And that's where I need your help. please post any ideas you have for a new name.

Even I can't believe it. 20 years of such a great series. I feels like it was yesterday that I went to the toy store with my parents to pick up a copy of one of the games in the classic series.
Without MegaMan, I honestly don't know what I would've been playing as a child. The series started off great, and is still great today. And who would've thought such great sub-series would've been created. Though we have been let down several times, I know without a doubt that MegaMan is one of the largest, and greatest series I've ever played.
So let's all give a big shout out to our favorite blue bomber! HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY MEGAMAN/ROCKMAN!!!

First of all, registration is officially enabled! Now that NovaMan is on the squad, spam busting is going to be easier since him, AreaMan and I all have completely different timezones.
If BlackShadow comes and spams, I'll just ban him and leave it at that. I'm in the process of banning all of the possible proxy IP addresses (this will take a while), so there isn't much he can do anyways.
Hopefully we will get some great new members and the activity level will increase.

Secondly, I am going to start building MMBNBCTOnline V7 soon. We will have a brand new site and a brand new forum (don't worry, all accounts, threads, posts, bannings, PMs, etc. will be transferred). The new forum will be powered by vBulletin, one of the greatest forum softwares in the world and it will have many new features, such as an arcade where you can upload your games for people to play.
As for the MMBNBCTOnline V7 website, it is of course going to have a brand new design and skin. There will be a large selection of skins available, so those who hate dark or light colors can't complain. We will also have a brand new Wiki and Topsites list that will be a lot better than the old ones.
And last, but not least, Chaos Network will have its very own website (chaosnetwork.mmbnbctonline.net). The forum will still be shared with MMBNBCTOnline, of course, since I can't afford to buy so many vBulletin licenses.
Of course, I will not be programming or designing V7 until I finish adding content to V6. That way when we upgrade, I'll be able to easily transfer everything.

Anyways, up until October 31st, we will be releasing an episode of our MMBNBCTOnline Halloween Comic Series everyday! If you would like to contribute, let me know. But you can't be a slow poke, since we only have 24 hours to complete each comic.

That's right, the moment you all have been anxiously waiting for has finally arrived! MegaMan ZX Advent was released today in North America shelves. As usual, a few of you will have to wait until tomorrow if you pre-ordered the game, since according to online stores the game was shipped out today.
As many of you know, Inafune has confirmed that if 100,000 copies of ZX Advent are sold, he will release a third game in the series. This is a hard goal to reach, so I suggest you all get up and buy that game!
EDIT: Oh, and most importantly you all can see for yourself how the voice acting really is. I am playing the game as I speak, so I will give a full review of it soon.

For those of you who know about the English ZX Advent voice acting, be afraid, be very afraid. Why, you ask? Three words: No. Ocean. Group. Which means that we have HORRIBLE voice actors. HORRIBLE. Don't believe me? Watch these videos. The first one is a boss battle between Argoyle and Ugoyle (I thought it was Urgoyle!) the Shisaroids and Model A Grey. And you hear Model A's voice... *Ears are still bleeding from hearing it* Uuuuhhhhghghghhhh...
Next video is from Capcom Gamers' Day 07 (Actually, they're both from CGD), dodging a lot of flames, showing off Deerburn's A-Trans... And you also DO hear the words "A-Trans". This is in Kaisemine the Wasperoid's stage.

As most of you have noticed, the forum is down. I am aware of it, and I have forwarded the problem to ProtoEnzan.
For those who are curious about what happened, I accidentally uploaded the same shoutbox twice. SMF cannot handle both of them at the same time, so it caused an error. The problem should be fixed by tomorrow. Along with the re-opening will be a brand new skin along with many other great features.
EDIT: For those who haven't noticed by now, the forum is back up.

The word has been pretty much spread. Yes, the new forum is open. However, only the staff is allowed there at the moment, so please do not post. By doing that, you will be messing up the entire conversion process. Please refer to our old forum once it is back up until further notice. All non-staff accounts are currently being deleted to prevent this.

Since MMBNBCTOnline is based on the RockMan 20th website, I am debating on whether I should change the name of this website to MegaMan20th. I need everyone's opinion. The website would remain the same, of course.It's just the domain and site name that would change.
So what shall it be? MegaMan 20th or MegaMan Battle Network: Battle Chip Transmission Online?
