I know this is a little late, but late is better than never!
Anyways, the official website for Ryusei No RockMan 3 has been launched! Aside from the wallpaper, there isn't much to view on the website at the moment, but we will be keeping you updated!

With only days past since the release of the US version of Ryuusei no Rockman (Mega Man Star Force), Capcom has released the site for the second installment to the series, this time around with only two versions.

Many elements from the original game will remain in-tact including the roles of Geo Stelar (Subaru Hoshikawa in Japan) and Omega-Xis (War-Rock) as the protagonists and the prominence of the Brother Band System. However, the interview makes mention of more advanced transformations, freer movement in battle, a strong rival character for Geo, and online battles using the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
Berserk x Shinobi and Berserk x Dinosaur are what the two versions are called (for now at least), and a third form will appear in both titles. For now, we know that the three forms are; Green Shinobi (Wood), Fire Dinosaur (Fire), and Thunder Berserk (Electric). Thunder Berserk will be the third form which will be obtainable in both versions of the game. NOTE: For those of you who missed the point of what was typed, we will have two versions this time. Green Shinobi and Fire Dinosaur are going to be the versions but you can obtain Thunder Berserk is both games.
The transformations come from ooparts from various tribes: a skull fossil for Fire Dinosaur, a sword for Thunder Berserk, and a shuriken for Green Shinobi. The transformations are also activated by shouting the catch-phrase "Tribe-On!"
Using a technique called "Double Tribe," the three transformations can be combined to create three more:
- Shinobi x Dinosaur
- Dinosaur x Berserk
- Berserk x Shinobi
etc....
The website also reveals the story's new setting, TK City roughly two months after the first game, where technology allows EM Waves to materialize into physical objects, as well as a new wave device called the "Star Carrier" which resembles the Advanced PET from Mega Man Battle Network.
Translations of the August issue of CoroCoro Comic revealed some vague plot details. Geo's new rival character is named Bly who gains strength from being alone. Furthermore, two new enemy characters (Phantom Black and Orihime) are revealed to work for an organization seeking the ooparts. This issue also notes that Battle Cards have been altered and their effects may be different entirely depending on the version of the game.

For now there isn't much on the site, but as time passes, we hope to learn more about the game. The game has be set to be released in November of this year. No specific date has been set for Novembers released (as least not to my knowledge) but lets hope they announce one soon.
